When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
Valley Boys items are handmade to order in Valley Boy's workshop and whilst we aim to have your order with you as soon as possible please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order especially during busy periods like Christmas
If after 14 working days your order has still not been received a replacement or refund will then be issued
