14 Working Days Delivery Policy

Valley Boys Shop is a small independent family run business with all items handmade to order in our workshop and whilst we aim to have your order with you as soon as possible please allow Royal Mail up to 14 working from the day you purchase to deliver your order especially during busy periods like Christmas

If after 14 working days your order has still not been received please email Valley Boy’s Shop to notify us of the delay so a replacement or refund can be issued

Please note refunds or replacement cannot be issued before 14 working days as we have to allow Royal Mail enough time to deliver your item/s

Whilst delays in delivery are few and far between they can happen from time to time especially during busy periods and with that said Valley Boys Shop assumes no responsibility for any delivery delays beyond its control and can only apologise for any delivery delays you may experience
